At Mitchell, Uma was responsible for championing and leading the Lean/Agile transformation for the Workers Compensation division and recently took responsibility for the Auto Casualty division as well. Uma has worked in the Backup/Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Capture, Content Management and Insurance industries. He enjoys building high performance teams and leaders and likes to remind people that the core principles of Lean/Agile are important. Under his guidance, the Mitchell teams have successfully adapted Lean/Agile with distributed teams.
