Diana Larsen to Keynote Scrum Day San Diego 2015

April 20, 2015 San Diego, CAScrum Day San Diego is happy to introduce Diana Larsen, co-author of Agile Retrospectives, as the 2015 keynote speaker on June 12th at the Marina Village Conference Center.  The theme of Scrum Day San Diego 2015 is “Well Begun is Half Done” and Diana’s talk will investigate what does it mean to begin with Scrum and Agile.  Not only will Diana share from her deep well of experiences and stories launching Agile teams, she will share a simple framework that will launch your teams with a trajectory for success.  Come to hear Diana talk about Agile Chartering and Team Learning, leave inspired!
